Backorders
When a product is in back order, we will contact you immediately. In good consultation, we can split an order, in such a case, no additional delivery costs will be charged for the (after) shipment. Sometimes it occurs that our Italian manufacturers own stock needs to be supplemented (by hand), in this case shipment to Italian Design can take longer than usual, in particular during production of seasonal collections. In August our Italian suppliers have holidays, this means that Italian Design can backorder untill the 3th week of july and-after the Italian businesses were restarted again- from the 2nd half of September.
Shipments within the Netherlands
After receiving the payment we will send as soon as possible:
Product and your size in stock? Usually Delivery time: if ordered before 5 pm, reception the next business day.
International delivery times:
Within Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux): normally 1-10 days.
Within Europe: normally aprox 1 week.
Outside Europe (World): normally aprox 2 weeks.
