Yes you can BUT within 14 days of receipt; first signed up; you are clean & careful w. product & accessories; no wear traces; neatly folded back in packaging. Tip: first, determine the right size or ask us for advice; unnecessary exchange is waist of money & environment.

There are a number of ways to do this, to get you started, we only mention quick easy ways below:
1) E-mail us or you can create a ticket in your own account at our store
Please provide the following information:
- name, address, zip code and place of residence and telephone number
- order number, order date, product data and item number (s) of the order (see invoice or confirmation e-mail),
- the reason of exchange or return and when exchanging for which product, size, color, you want to exchange

2) You can fill in the contact form on our Contact page at the top of the white bar

3) You can fill in our withdrawal form (to be used in the case of cancellation / return)
Please provide the following information:

- order number, order date, product data and item number (s) of the order (see invoice or confirmation e-mail),
- the reason for return
- sign the form
- You can scan the form and send it by e-mail or by regular mail.

1.2 Exclusion of right of withdrawal
Products, sealed for reasons of health or hygiene, and unsealed after delivery, are not suitable to be exchanged and returned.

1.4 When will I get my money back after I have returned something?
Within 14 days of receipt you will receive the purchase price back, via the same payment method as you have chosen at purchase.
1.5 Do I pay for the return costs yourself?
Yes, as a customer you pay for the return costs, unless you have paid in our webshop with PayPal, PayPal will provide a refund of the return costs.
